Cancellation Policy – Jimex General Supplies

At Jimex General Supplies, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our policy on order cancellations:

1. How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone call as soon as possible.

Include your order number or proof of purchase when requesting a cancellation.


2. Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them for full refund.

If the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


3. After Dispatch

If your order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery or return the item after receiving it (return terms will apply).

Delivery fees may be deducted from your refund if the cancellation is after dispatch.


4. Non-Cancellable Items

We do not accept cancellations for:

Custom or special orders

Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items

Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)


5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded through the original payment method (e.g., M-Pesa) within 3–5 business days.
